Lance is the President of Polikov Recruitment Solutions and an award winning Search Consultant in the Commercial Property and Casualty & Professional Liability Insurance industry.

Lance has over 17 years insurance recruiting experience and has been President of Polikov Recruitment Solutions since 2017.

In addition to leading Polikov Recruitment Solutions, Lance has focused his efforts on being a leading search specialist for senior level individuals through C-level management.    He provides guidance and direction to all Recruiters on all roles.  Lance works hard to understand the objectives and goals of PRS’s clients to design a comprehensive strategy in attracting the very best talent to meet their needs.

In his free time, Lance enjoys date nights with his wife, Sara and spending time with his 3 children Hayden, Sawyer & Jordyn.  He also likes to play tennis and attend concerts.
