Nikki joined PRS in 2021 after spending 22 years in the Personal and Commercial Insurance industry as a Claims Specialist and Litigation Manager.  She has an in-depth understanding of claims procedures as well as operations for insurance agency, carrier and TPA partners.

Nikki is originally from Battle Creek, Michigan, but recently relocated from New York City along with her husband Fred and 12 year old son Jimez.  She currently resides in Marietta, GA and enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
